I'm walking with a little more extra water than I should, any good diuretics over counter you guys can recommend? Any sponsor carry any? Any of you guys got any?
 
There are no good OTC diuretics. Dyazide is my favorite, and Agent Yes has it. Lasix, is real good too and carried by a couple of guys, but IMO, not as predictable as Dyazide
 
Drinking lots of water and using Dandelion root works well.
The key for the day to day is controlling estrogen and having a good potassium ro sodium balance.
 
I always carry a ton myself 🙁
