shoulders arnold presses

so many you can do here are a few. i dont believe in bests as each movement hits muscle a bit differently

I often used machines and/or barbells at the gym. I use lighter weights than I used to and do more reps. I work out alone and it's not easy to lift heavy without a spotter. I also focus on form more.
 
I got some dumbells at home as well. Just got them and have been starting to use them. I'm using mine for practicing correct form as well such as on dumbell kickbacks. I like having them at home so I can do morning workouts
