Extreme abdominal/stomach pain post injection

Today I infected the following:
125mg test c
200mg tren e
200mg mast e
7.5mg of Superdrol

About 20 minutes after I had sever abdominal and stomach pain. Ran to the bathroom and it felt like I was pushing it a brick and my abs started to cramp. I then burst into sweat. The pain is starting to subside but my midsection is still in pain.

I think it's the injectable Superdrol causing the issues. The bottle is from 2015, it was stored properly, but it's the only new thing I added.

Does anyone have any idea why I had a reaction like this?

Coincidence possibly? I’d try next weeks shot and see what happens. Unless someone else has a better explanation.

I did throw up and feel better right after, so might be something I ate. Guess I'll try it again on Tuesday and see if same thing happens.
