F.I.S.T. EASY CHICKEN MARINADE

Eating a diet thats made for a bodybuilder can get very trying at times and we all know the dried out chicken breasts that go with that diet too often.Here's a recipe for a great chicken marinade that''ll leave your chicken breasts very tasty and super juicy.

Makes 1 Cup of Marinade which is good for about 4-6 Chicken breasts depending on size.

Ingredients:

3/4 Cups of xtra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tsp of Salt Substitute
2 Tsp of Sugar Substitute
1 Tsp of Dried Oregano
1 Tsp of Onion Powder
2 Tsp of Minced Garlic
1 Tsp of Black Pepper
1 Tsp of Red Pepper Flakes

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a ziploc bag and add chicken breasts and refrigerate for 30 minutes to a few hrs.

YUMMY!!!!!!
