Just got done eating this right now.Had it with some fresh OJ and some fruit cup.


F.I.S.T. McMuffin


Total Time: 8 minutes
Servings: 1


Ingredients:

1 Whole Grain Bagel
1 Egg
2 Slices of Low Sodium,Fat-Free Ham
2 Slices of Low Sodium Turkey
1/2 oz of fat-free Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Directions:

Break egg on yolk and fry on medium-low to the size of the bagel.

In same pan,lay in ham and turkey to slightly brown.

While egg and meats are cooking,toast bagel.

When both are done,place all on bagel and top with the cheese.

EAT!! Easy enough???? (Who needs McDonalds?)

Thanks brother.Not only is the nutritional profile WAY better than the mcdonalds sandwich,but i'll encourage everyone take a taste test challenge any day of the week with this one.

Well I do eat that sometimes for breakfast but my Queen wont allow me to post pics of that.LMFAO. 8)
