So my natural test level is 500 without any supplementation. I started a diet where I dropped 20 pounds. Not supplemented for at least a year.

I am in the beginning stages of supplementing my natural test levels. I have not really changed my diet that much. Maybe bumped up protein intake a little but mostly a higher protein with a ketogenic component. Carbs make me fat hands down.

The weird thing is I have gained 5 pounds in the last week and half. I know this is not muscle. Never really tried to cut on supplements but did not want to gain weight but rather continue to lean out.

I know some will say there is no way I have already noticed. People will say this is too short to see any difference.

Anyone know what is causing this? Thinking water weight but not sure. My muscles definitely feel fuller. Do I need to adjust my macros to continue to lean out or just wait for after the supplementation ends.

Well, Cypionate will almost always cause an increase in water weight, and most usually in water weight throughout the cycle. One of the reasons it is my least favorite ester. However, 240mg per week is not enough to cause 5lbs in only a week and a half. Has anything else changed? Pre work out blend added, changed? Water intake increased/decreased?

Well you know how it is when you are dieting. It is like a yo yo. It has been fluctuating but only a couple of pounds. So if I had to be more precise 3 lbs up within a few days. I stopped albuterol but not sure if that would keep me ayp little dry. Nothing other than the supplementation. I do notice muscle fullness which is wierd. I have never used cyp and only enanthate.
