Believe my ring finger the knuckle i thought was jammed. Well its been a month or 2, it's better but still definitely not right.

Trying to shrug even 225 I simply can't hold onto the bar as that finger wont let me.
Its really not effecting anything other than shrugs, rows, Im able to manage and power through everything else

Anybody else have similar issue?
 
finally mostly healed, not 100% but much better
 
ive got arthritis but this feels like a jammed knuckle that just wouldnt heal
 
How long you had? Mine far better now still feel it but a lot less
 
Hey G I've had it for years probably 10. Comes and goes depending on the weather I'm sure. Doesn't help being 62. I do use a salve every now and again they contain CBD and THC.
