First NPC show tell me wat yall think!

What's your stats bro?

Plan on competing in bodybuilding, what class?
Seems like your fairly lean already should be able to come in good condition. Back development seems good, legs can use some improvement.

Coming along nice !!! Shredz has very good criticism .

I'm 22 years old, I'm weighing in at 216 at the moment started this cut at 15 weeks out, I was weighing 226, I'm trying to get down to 205 atleast

Try to enjoy the whole experience and get lots of pictures. Make sure to get a few comparison shots from tne morning show and ask at least one of the judges for feedback.
Remember the morning is what will matter most. You can look like a million bucks at finals but by then it's too late.
Many forget this, then you'll have the people that come out to support you tell you, you were robbed and should've placed higher. Don't listen, get real feedback from someone that is there watching the pre judging.
Looks like your heading in the right direction , very excited to see the final product.

Thanks brother the last forum I posted This on said I need to step back cause I'm not ready...

Don't step back! 12 weeks is a lot of time to dial it in. The lower body, almost as a rule, always comes in later. (There are people who are exceptions, but its pretty much the norm). Just stick to your training and make sure your diet is right where you need it be.....then stay CONSISTENT!!!
Keep the mindset that you're going on stage, it'll push you harder. Time to get Busy! 😉

Bullshit stepping on stage will tell you exactly where you need to be and what you need to improve on.

Just come in conditioned.

Dont listen to the haters bigdog, you can do a lot in 12 weeks. Remember not everyone is going to look as good as shredz and tsize if anyone going into your first show. It is a process worth investing your time in especially at your age, get one under your belt, learn what you need too do and make adjustments.

conditioning and cut. 12 Weeks Is about right. I know you think 205 is where you will step out on stage but don't be surprised if it's closer to 190..Don't get caught up in weight...go by the mirror and the video. You can never be too shredded. Pose...pose and pose some more. Posing is real good way to put the finishing touches on your physique.

I saw the other post, I agree with shredz that you need to get the experience, LEARN from it! Compile the advice and give it your all. Like I told you, Physique might suit you better this first go around.

You had also stated 2x a day cardio. I think that is too much this far out. Don't wanna burn up muscle. A coach will help a lot, but what I see is keep your calories at a slight defecit, cardio 1x a day in the mornings fasted (treadmill routine you stated on the other forum) and keep pounding the weights for size as much as you can. It Looks like you can lose bodyfat pretty quickly so don't over do that at this point. 3 months is a long time.

Yea brother I cut back on that to just 30mins a day for now on a stair master, I burn way more calories like that so doing that once a day for right now is more then enough

Good advice right here! When I go on stage, I start out looking for a specific weight "I Want" to be up there.....but, the reality is.....You have to go up there with the weight you end up looking the most shredded at! And, you can't control that. You'll cut what you need to cut. So, don't get caught up on the number. Cut to your best physique....then, if that number is lower than you actually wanted it to be, you now have a brand new goal to shoot towards for the next show or your "off Season".

How about an update on this, Btw? Where you at, and how's it going?
