I'll have to check this out. I have been eating Kodiak Cakes which is 30g cabs, 14g protein, and 2g fat in a half cup. Add a scoop of no flavor whey to make it 39 protein then toss in some eggs and you got a 50g protein breakfast which is easy and fast. Pro tip add chopped walnuts, berries, and real syrup and its hella good
