I need to get in the habit of making portions ahead, instead I've been making large batches and packing in the mornings but it makes mornings hectic.

Yea, that does. I allocate the morning for making fresh omelets! Supergirl cracks the eggs the night before, and I get up and cook em. Makes it pretty easy, then all I have to do is grab a pack and go.

Damn organized lol. I make large batches for the week and make breakfast and my lunch in the mornings, then just heat up chicken or whatever with the rice Or whatever side at food times

It helps that my wife is completely into the lifestyle too......couldn't do it without her!

Supplement warehouse was at $34 I believe...but, it took them forever to get it to me!
