Frozen pizza

I've noticed that almost every pro BB has frozen pizza in their freezer. im pretty sure its a calorie reason but last time I checked they were empty calories.
So im a little confused..........

I usually keep DiGiornos or Tombstone in my freezer as the cheap ones taste like cardboard..yuk!

flash83Really the only food with empty calories are Lettuce and the like. Pizza has protein and carbs. It's generally used for the carbs. The fats are secondary.

Its better if you make your own...I buy the premade crusts and put my own sauce and toppings on

well yeah, we make our own wholewheat crust 😉
