Every time I turn around I hear fruit has to much sugar. If you aren't competing is it really that bad? I still eat it.

You guys eat fruit? How can you say no to a mango, or a good peach?
 
I eat the hell out of watermelon, like 2 a day for real!!! My wife has to bring me back to earth it's like I go into a "watermelon zone" or something. I love fruit, appmes, strawberry, grapes, raisens

I eat apples (an apple a day is supposed to keep the doctor away) and during the summer months sometimes cantaloupe or berries.
 
In Contest prep and I'm still downing a banana every day. I did Cut out the black and blue berries, but that's only to cut the carbs, not because of the source of carbs.

The thing about those "fruit sugars".... If you're eating the actual fruit, then it's less of a concern. That Fructose is accompanied by the natural fiber of the meat, and helps to slow down the sugars passing into the liver. Now, if you drink the fruit (store bought fruit juice) then, there's no fiber to help with the sugars, which causes them to hit the liver quicker and in larger quantities...which means insulin spikes and fat conversion.
