Unfortunately I was in a very serious motorcycle accident mid November. Fractured 3 vertebrae in my neck (C 3,4,5). Fibula and tibia broken. 15 screws and 2 plates. And a broken radius in my wrist. Very lucky to be alive. I'm healing up well now. Walking around with a slight limp. Wrist is weake. 70% weaker grip strength than my right hand. Neck is feeling good. I did more powerlifting/strongman training. Of course now I will backing off of that for a long time. Just plan on doing some liftweight hypertrophy work. I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with injuries that bad and what they did when they came back. I was considering running some low dose test. But not sure if I should wait til I'm fully recovered. I've been off for 4 months now.

The test is up to you but I would consider at least 2 iu's of gh. Members may chime in and say 2 iu's can be useless however I'm here to tell you I had great results. I completely destroyed me knee, torn acl, stage 2 mcl, 2 meniscuses and broke the tibial plateau. I never missed a day of work and my doctor and therapist noted there was something fishy with my accelerated recovery. Take it slow. Enjoy your workouts and don't push too fast. Muscle memory is a great thing. Your body will respond.

Damn i been at home for 3 weeks w a broken foot. Sorry to hear about your injury. Shit..

Yes brotha... I had a serious back injury, broke both legs and head trauma back in 2012 I believe. They told me I wouldn't lift weights again for I think 8 months minimum. I started in the gym 4 weeks post accident...slow, light weights, a lot of cables and machines...Along with test and npp, I bounced back in 3-4 months.
