Ghrelin(sp) blocker?

Is there such a thing yet? I am taking some medication that increases my appetite which I need to control. Now I have it somewhat controlled, but need a little better controlled. Willpower only works so far when you have a sleep disorder which makes you eat while you're asleep lol. I got rx'd topiramate to help, but it only helps a little bit. I cant do stims, since they increase my anxiety ( which is why I am taking one of the meds that's making crave things a bit more).

There are several OTC appetite suppressants that actually work quite well. So do most fat burning/stimulants.
