I love crackers, bread, biscuits .... And I have been feeling sluggish and started getting headaches and a runny nose after eating carbs. A friend suggested a wheat/gluten allergy. When you read the labels, it seems there is gluten in everything! I'm eating gluten free since yesterday. This is tough but at least I haven't taken an anti allergy pill in two days and I'm doing fine.
