Co-ed sauna's are nice. There's 1 form of hot yoga called Bikram, you probably don't want that. It can be brutal because you perform and repeat a series of movements all the time, really improves cardio though. I took a Pilates based hot yoga and it blew me away. Awesome.

Nice!!!! Yoga is actually a lot harder than people give it credit for. Honestly, once you get started, you probably won't be able to concentrate on the girls in front of you........you'll be to busy trying to keep yourself stabilized.
