anyone have any experience using gonadorelin instead of traditional HCG? Looks like the clinic i may be proceeding with is going to prescribe this in TRT protocol but i am having challenges understanding the differences and how this should really be dosed.

I don't know of anyone maybe someone will step up that has used it. I will look into it and see if I can see any benefit to using it.

Apparently HCG is no longer being compounded? So for guys on TRT who were prescribed it, does that mean you will need to go through UGL if you want to remain on HCG instead of switching over to something else?

I haven't heard that, to bad they wouldn't put you on HMG from what I understand you take less and it works better.

The FDA has provided a preliminary list of products that were originally approved as drug products, but that will be considered biologic products as of March 23, 2020.1 Human chorionic gonadotropin, or HCG, is one of these drugs that will now be deemed a biologic product. This means that, starting on March 23, 2020, pharmacies will no longer be able to compound with HCG, and we will be retiring all PCCA formulas that include it at that time.

Right, so now it is usw the alternative prescribed (gonadorelin) or stay with HCG via a UGL?

id give rx a try to start can always switch back

do you really need it as well..

Fertility reasons, yes. And I am not reading great info on the rx that would make me comfortable trusting it will help maintain fertility like the old trusted HCG.

What @Thor said get HMG

Yea from what I have read you don't have to take as much and as often. Let me look for the info real quick. HMG causes the body to produce LH and FSH but HCG is just a mimetic.

HMG increases test levels, sperm count etc..... I posted a couple atricles on HMG ......on the forum under General

Ok, cool appreciate all the info. It is not that I have fertility issues now, but will be starting on trt and want to make sure i can maintain my fertility. Not done having kids yet.

Brother you are more than welcome....
Did you read the articles I put up ?

Not yet, need to wait till I am back home at a computer. But I certainly will.

Side question - the clinic i am going through was originally trying to prescribe "test cyp infused with anastrozole". I've personally never heard of that, and I am not interested in having a pre determined dose of AI in each shot. I want to be able to control it and only use the arimidex if/when I need to. So I asked them to compound them separately and just give me the tabs. So my question is, when I pick up this script from the pharmacy, "IF" they sent me the wrong stuff and it is infused, I'd imagine this would be clearly stated on the vial label that it is not just test cyp, correct? I just want to guarantee that I am just getting the test and I am not using a vial with a combination of the 2. Id imagine the label would be clear, but has anyone seem infused test before? Is it in fact o the label?
