Good bicep sleeve

I'm dealing with a partially or fully torn bicep. Taking forever dealing with Workman's comp to get to a Orthopedic Dr. I have to use their Dr.
Anyway anybody recommend a good bicep compression sleeve that doesn't use Velcro to tighten. Those adjustable Velcro makes it to tight in my shirt and jacket. Just a slip on one.

I'm partial to the brand SBD. I have their knee sleeves and I love them. Not cheap but durable. May be too much support, or more than your wanting to get out of one anyway
