First time just leg and low back.

This time Leg, tricep, lat, arm, dealt, hand

I can already feel it getting me weaker

If I get to much weaker probably wont get upper body done again

You should steal 1ml and inject into your ballsack. They call if scrotox so yer balls hang even whennits cold. Mine are always hidden these days unless its hot AF
