how much should I take for when I’m on 250 mgs a week and 500?
 
I use armistane for ai I take minimum 100 a day. I have had no side effects or Gyno And doesn’t make me feel like crap like Arimidex. I’m running 500 test a week with tren e and tbol
 
One of those things trial and error.
I often don't even run an ai
