Now this is before covid took me out but Ill be back there quick.

Basically this guy was trying to act an expert to new comers to the gym thinking he's a god and claiming a full 5 minute rest is great/fine between every type of set and training, IDK about you but 5 minutes is tops for powerlifting, extreme sets, not isolation, warm ups etc. Then he says something like nobody better open their mouth against him unless they are more jacked. SMH I hate seeing new comers getting horrible advice, it makes my blood boil!
