Any good recommendations for those guys who workout at home. I was looking at a few of the valor back machine and chest machine. I already have a cage but looking to add some stuff.

Anyone know where to get some reasonably priced dumbbells?

Try Facebook Market or CraigsList. Seems there's been a run on the market for gym equipment because of the coronavirus epidemic.

Get some adjustable ones. They go up to 55.5lbs.
But if you really wanna go heavy, Ebay bro, there's some good shit there.

I have an x Factor over the door system
It actually does the job
Like a cheap cable machine
Many different brands now. Think 200 to 300 pounds per side most resistance i seen
Is it identical to gym? No
But cable flies tricep work back etc easily done with ok results
