I have started to thin on the top and my hairline has receded, i didn't think much about it since it happened so slowly. Im currently 48 and have always been happy to have hair but this month i decided that the hair loss is from going on TRT almost 10 years ago and i was going to regrow whats been lost
SO i researched the Internet and started using a Ketoconazole base shampoo first Nizoral and now Regenpure . well that seemed to slow it and i did that for 6 months and now ive decided to step up my game and go on a minoxidil produce. i have chosen to use Lipogaine since it was highly recommended and has DHT blockers not just the Minoxidol

Only on week 2 but im hopeful since i didnt wait till I was bald to begin . So whats every else do?

I will post a pic of the spot so we can track it month by month.

Mite help it thinken up, I felt it was a pain in the ass routine and waste of time in the end. If you do a search, you'll find other threads where i've talked about it and whats worked n doesn't. But i'll let you look it up instead of typing everything again.

are you on AAS all year round ? trt style. i don't have hereditary male pattern baldness but the TRT has given me unusual high DHT levels

added saw palmetto this week as a mild blocker

Hey bud I've thinned some upfront for sure, I'm only 25 so I've been proactive, got my dr to prescribe 2.5mg finasteride per day and its slowed the thinning big time. I'd almost even say while I'm off or on pct that it completely stops from thinning and its slowed it while on cycle. I also use Nizoral regularly. I have spiro and rogane but I'm too inconsistent with those 2 to give a review.

my receding hairline started in my early twenties. I didn't start juicing till late thirties. My ex wife was a beautician so it was all about hair, I got away with keeping it high and tight. Finally I've said fuck it. New wife talked me into shaving it. Well surprisingly first night I did we hit a couple clubs at the shore and there were women all over me, and what did they do???? Rubbed my head. She stood back and let me get some compliments to get it through my head alot of women think bald guys are hot. Well Ive been shaving it ever since however she only let that happen once lol. Ive noticed since being on GH I've grown some back and all over my body.....

receding- you're more than likely up shit creek with most otc's and scripts. hair transplant maybe the only option.

would minoxidil work for me?I got the clown thing going on, super thick on the edges thin on top..

The thing about rogaine (minoxidil) is that you have to use it consistently and you may not see rests for a few months since it takes time for hair to grow. Most guys give up way too soon on that product.

yes im committed to at least 4 months to see if i can notice some thing starting, i went with lipogaine since its rogaine with DHT blockers in the liquid, it has low to no alcolhol witch gives people skin burns and had a great review compared to most products

Rogaine works on the crown of your head, nowhere else. It won't grow hair in the front. It does indeed work, but after you stop you will in time revert back to your former state.

DHT based AAS makes my hair start dropping out lol. When I started Nizoral and GH it stopped and got thicker, but I have a pretty full head of hair except small receding near my temples which has been there since i was 18yrs old. I am 34 though and male pattern baldness does not run in my family..

today is day 15 or 16 on the lipogaine , started the shedding but im looking at it as a sign that things are progressing as described by other users. i need to capture a picture while im at the point i hope will be the worst before the regrowth starts 🙂

I started Rogaine for the F of it.
Wife found 4 bottles of foam on clearance
