After being on for several years and re marrying a much younger girl I found myself in this situation( I really didn't think about starting a family until I was almost 40). I came off all the gear and I did use some clomid which I know is not an option....I would stick with HCG and HMG since a lot of former BB'rs have had successes with these drugs.
My testosterone level was fairly low (200-300 range) but I had my sperm tested and I was producing an ample amount of swimmers to get the job done. My sex drive was very low so this made it tough....porn is your friend lol

I have 3 kids and my wife has gotten pregnant while on every single time. It's gotta be genetics if gear effects you or not. It surely didn't mess me up as far as being fertile or not

i had both my kids while on normal trt , doc supervised . no issues
