This is not from myself but my doctor so if you do or do not agree I DO NOT TAKE THE CREDIT either way. I will tell you up front I have not did my HCG this way to loose the weight, meaning the (diet part) but I have MIX AND USED MY HCG THIS WAY while doing different cycles, it's always worked well for me.

I hope it will be able to help someone in some way.


Mandatory Reading Manual

This is the beginning of the rest of your life. You will be absolutely amazed at the spectacular and potentially “permanent” results that this program offers simply by following the underlying outline. Remember, if you cheat, you are only cheating yourself. A positive attitude and the avoidance of stress during this program are of the utmost importance.

This is NOT a magic pill, this program takes substantial self-discipline to achieve success, and though it is NOT EASY, it seems to be the “easiest”, most successful thing “out there”.

Also, once done with the program, though you have supported and rebalanced your metabolism, you still cannot go out and stuff yourself with buffets, eat loads of refined sugars, and carbohydrate. This is NOT a license to do whatever you want. You can enjoy sweets, starches, fats, and oils but be aware of what you consume, how much and how often.

According to Dr. Louis Orr – past President of the AMA – Obesity is the greatest danger to the health of the American people (Cancer ranked as the most dreaded disease). In fact, as a risk factor, obesity ranks as harmful to life expectancy as smoking!

There is good news – Dr. Edward Gregg of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states that merely the intention of losing weight can substantially increase your life expectancy!

Also, there have been a plethora of studies done evincing the benefits of caloric restriction to Human and Animal health; of particular importance were adaptive changes within the endocrine system that serve to maintain blood sugar levels; resulting in a decline in pathologies, and an increase in life span.

An important point to note with the Optimal Health MD program is that when you have dropped for example 16lbs, you have probably lost 16 lbs. of abnormal fat. Whereas with other “diets”, when you lose 16 lbs, you could be losing 8 lbs. of lean body mass, 4 lbs. of good fat reserves and 4 lbs. of abnormal fat.

HCG targets the abnormal fat!


Everyone is different, and everyone will have different results. Some people will lose 9 lbs. their first week and only 2 lbs. their second week; while others will lose 4 lbs. both week one, and week two. Do not get discouraged. Everyone slows down at some point and may even hit a plateau. By following the specific program outlined here, you will lose weight safely and rapidly from the areas that contain stored fat, and you will not only lose pounds but more importantly inches and dress sizes.

Basically the body has three types of fat:

Structural – necessary to give support to organs
Normal – a reserve of fuel, which the body can freely draw upon, when the nutritional income from the intestinal tract is insufficient.
Excess/Stored fat – unwanted, unsightly, and dangerous.

It is this stored fat that this program endeavors to target.

Unlike other “diets”, this program reshapes and re-sculpts the body by releasing abnormal fat deposits on your body.

If you follow this program correctly, this unique process will correct your hypothalamus and metabolism potentially making these results “permanent”!

Generally, men will see better and quicker results than women. So if you are a couple or friends doing this together, do not compete against each other. Everyone will win with HCG and the specific low calorie diet.

Do as much “cardio” exercise as you want. Do not bother trying to build muscle or “bulk up”. It will not work. You will only be unnecessarily fatigued. But you do not have to exercise on this program.

Q. What is HCG?
A. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is a polypeptide protein that exists in every tissue of the human body in tiny amounts.

Q. Can it be harmful?
A. No. During pregnancy it is produced daily in a quantity hundreds of thousands of times the amount you will be using with this protocol. It harms neither the Mother nor the Child. In fact it is a natural mechanism than is produced to protect the baby. In the case of a pregnant woman that does not get proper nutrition or is hungry. The HCG will pull calories and nutrition from her abnormal fat to feed the baby. In this same way it will feed you 2000 calories from your fat, therefore you will not be hungry on this program even though you are only eating 500 calories!

Your goals are to burn fat and reshape your body.

Usually vegetarians do not do as well on this program/protocol. They will enjoy success but not as much as meat eaters

When Do I Begin taking the HCG?

You start at the beginning of day one. (As noted below) it is preferable to take the HCG at the same time every morning upon rising, give or take an hour.

Contrary to most popular (ignorant) belief is that, if you follow a 500 Calorie-a-day diet, you will “lose weight anyway”. Sure, that is true but you will not lose the same weight the same way as you do with HCG. Your goal is to lose ONLY Fat, not just weight. Following a 500 Calorie-a-day diet will leave you fatigued and irritable, and within a few days you will start to retain water due to being “protein deficient”. Without the HCG, you will lose both fat and muscle just as if you were on any “normal” diet. If you don’t believe us, please try a 500 Calorie-a-day without the HCG. Also remember you are getting 2000 calories from your fat each day which is why you will not be hungry, even though you are following a low calorie diet.

Some people will have a tough first few days depending on how “clean” your diet and lifestyle were previous to starting this program/protocol. Some people will suffer from “withdrawal effects”.

Plateaus are normal with this program. It usually presents in a stair step fashion with a consistent large drop in weight followed by a slight plateau, or a slower loss for a few days. At least one significant plateau occurs in the second half of the program/protocol that can last 4-6 days. This is normal and will resolve itself in time so do not be alarmed. We will give you a list of plateau breaking tricks that you can try. You body will continue to reshape itself even during a plateau. Don't get hung up on the scale, inches are even more important and you will also be losing a lot of inches. Even during plateaus. If a plateau does occur, a way to break it is to have an “apple day”. On your apple day you will drink a minimum of one ounce per body pound of water during the day and eat slices of apples throughout the day.(maximum of 6) That night have a steak and a tomato. (If you don't like steak you can have a chicken breast.)

The “apple day” usually resolves the plateau and weight loss occurs the next morning.

We are here to support and answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend that you download for free Dr. Simeons’ “Pounds and inches” from the Internet or purchase Kevin Trudeau’s book, “The weight loss cure they don’t want you to know about”. These can motivate you when “the going gets tough”.

This will work for you if you work the program as recommended. We have seen way too many success cases with people who have done fantastically with this program, but who have had no success with any other diet program.

The Program

Day 1: First binge day: Take you first dose of 20 Units (on the syringe) of
HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) and 50 Units of B12 first thing in the morning unless otherwise advised. Every day you need to get in the habit of getting up, use the bathroom, weigh yourself and then take your dose. Continue to take daily your HCG and B12 for the duration of your program.

Females: If you are menstruating do not take the HCG on your heavy days.

HCG is contraindicated if you have large bleeding fibroids.

§ “BINGE” or load up with fats, proteins and carbohydrates (especially fats – have plenty of healthy fats and oils). This is to prepare your body for accessible “fat” in your body. You can eat anything you want – except for “white sugar”. (Yes pizza, and bagels with cream cheese are allowed). Have heavier type of fats rather than sugar fats (you can have desert) because otherwise you will have a sugar crash when you start the low calorie diet and be very hungry the first day or two.

§ Drink at least ½ to 1 gallon of purified or spring water per day.


Day 2: Repeat day one. This is the second and final day of your binge days.

These binge days are of the utmost importance – without a doubt the largest reason for failure on this protocol is that people have not properly binged. If you normally consume 2000 calories a day, on the binge days, consume at least 3000 calories – 50% more than usual. This tricks the brain into thinking the body is NOT going into starvation mode and will thereby release the fat much easier. Plus, the low calorie diet days are easier if you have binged.

On the 3rd day continue to take your daily dose of HCG until the protocol is completed, you will follow a 500 calorie a day diet and the following items are strictly prohibited:

§ Sugar and all sugar products and drinks including sodas and diet sodas, and crystal light.

§ All fruits except apple, grapefruit, orange, strawberries or any berries.

§ All starches including bread, pasta, cookies, etc.

§ All fast foods.

§ Alcoholic beverages – especially beer and wine.

§ Creams, moisturizers, and lotions. Only use what you HAVE to, not what you WANT to.

§ All non organic meats, vegetables, and fruits (preferably).

§ No Turkey, No Pork, No Lamb.

§ No dairy products.

§ No nuts.

§ No Salmon,

§ No Peas, Corn or Carrots or Mushrooms.

§ No Juice!!!!



Remember you are only eating Protein, Fruits and Vegetables .



Day 3 and continuing through the duration of the program/protocol:

Weigh yourself immediately upon rising, after emptying your bladder and without clothes on. Remember to have your scale on a hard, flat surface. Never weigh on carpet. Take your daily dose of the HCG and B12. You will begin your low calorie program today (see attached menu).

§ You will continue with your daily dose of HCG and B12 first thing in the morning. Adhere to the food menu. The program/protocol should last between 25 and 45 days. The duration will be determined by the amount of weight loss and inches you desire to lose as you reach the PERFECT YOU!

§ Log your weight and inches lost. Again, weigh yourself every morning but only measure yourself once a week. This is an important step and must not be skipped. Progress, whether in pounds or inches is a great motivator and will help you stay with the protocol.

Please note that the chemical composition of the foods that you are supposed to eat while on this program/protocol, works synergistically with the HCG to produce optimal results. There has been over 54 years of research done on this composition. So when you follow the program/protocol exactly, you will have created the best possible abnormal fat burning outcome. When we say eat chicken breast that means chicken breast, NOT turkey breast!

It is imperative that you continue following your low calorie diet for at least two days after your last HCG as that is how long it takes to leave your system.

SAMPLE MENU

Morning:

* You may have as much organic coffee, green tea, Yerba tea, or Woo-long tea as you desire. (See additional food section for a description of teas). NO Sweeteners are allowed! If you cannot live without a sweetener, we recommend a product called Stevia, which can be purchased at any health food store. You can also use Truvia, which is the newest natural sweetener and this can be purchased at Publix.

* For you meal, you may have one of the following:

An apple, a grapefruit, a handful of strawberries or any berries, or an orange. Apples and grapefruits work best with the program because of their cleansing properties.

We prefer you to use organic produce because it tastes better and is better for you. There is more nutrition in one organic apple than five regular apples!

If you have a history of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar, you will need a small amount of protein to your morning meal, such as 2 to 3 egg whites.

Mid-day/Lunch:

* You may eat between 100 to 150 grams (approx 4-6 oz.) (use the palm of your hand as your guide) of one of the following items: organic beef or steak, organic chicken breast (skinless), Veal, any white fish, and any shell fish. (shrimp, scallops etc)

Also try to avoid farm raised fish and buy wild fish whenever possible.



* In addition to what meat you choose, you may have a large handful of one of the following: organic leaf lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, celery, asparagus, cucumbers, fennel, broccoli, or cabbage.

These can be mixed together, eaten raw, steamed or grilled. NOTE: If you do mix together, you still cannot have more than a large handful. NO SALAD DRESSING MAY BE USED. You can, however, use a teaspoon of olive oil and you may have all of the garlic, lemon, vinegar, black pepper, and sea salt that you would like. You can also use a spray dressing like Ken's. One to two squirts only! The only vegetables you cannot eat are the sweet ones like peas, carrots and corn. Try to stick with green vegetables.

* You are allowed up to three fruits a day, which can be used as snacks in between meals.

Evening/Dinner:

* Follow the same meal plan as mid-day/lunch. HOWEVER, it is best not to have the same meat, fish, or vegetables that you did for lunch.

NOTE: Eat everything as described. DO NOT SKIP MEALS! The people that skip meals do not do as well on the program. You will not benefit or lose any extra weight by doing so. You will not lose more weight by simply eating more vegetables and eating less meat or protein. Always have a protein and a vegetable with lunch and dinner. The people that only have a piece of chicken for lunch don't do as well on the program. Remember your body needs this healthy fuel even though you're getting 2000 calories from your fat every day.

Be aware of calories while on this program, but DON’T STRESS or waste time counting them. Just follow this protocol and it WILL work for you.

Additional foods that are allowed while using the HCG

-Any white fish

-Lobster

-Crab

-Shrimp

Fruit: -Lemon or Lime (as much as you want) -Strawberries (large handful)

-Apple (1-2 per day) -Orange

-Berries Grapefruit (per day)

Vegetables:

-Spinach -White, yellow or red onions

-Chard -Beet greens

-Lettuces of any kind -Tomatoes

-Celery -Red radishes

-Fennel -Cucumbers

-Asparagus -Cabbage

-Broccoli -Brussels Sprouts

Seasonings:

-lemons -white or black pepper

-thyme -sea salt

-garlic -basil

-parsley -any other organic herb

-raw organic apple cider vinegar

Tea:
-green tea or any herbal tea. -oo long tea

-yerba mate tea -chamomile tea

Other:
-one tablespoon of milk daily (usually for hot tea or coffee)

*Water (1/2 to 1 gallon daily) one of the most important elements on this protocol is to drink lots of water to help flush the toxins out of your body.
Maintenance Phase

We cannot express enough the importance of maintaining this Part of the program/protocol. This is vital to the resetting the metabolism.

It is imperative that you continue following your low-calorie diet for at least two days after your last HCG dose. After the main phase using HCG is completed, you must do a three week Maintenance phase in which you will continue to avoid all sugars, and starches. The main thing you need to know is NO SUGARS AND NO STARCHES! You can however, start to eat “unlimited” amounts of food. This is an important step to completely reset the hypothalamus gland and improve your metabolism and support endocrine systems. During the maintenance phase you will try to instill a new weight set point in your body. You should attempt to keep your weight as steady as possible during this phase. It seems the faster this is done and the more consistent one stays at a weight, the quicker the body takes over in making sure the new weight is maintained. Remember you must completely avoid all starches and sugars. You must eat more than you did while on the Main phase. Small amounts of alcohol may be consumed. Continue to weigh yourself every morning to make sure you do not either gain or lose more than 2 lbs. on any day. Should a gain of over 2 lbs. occur, all food must be avoided throughout the day and then in the evening eat a large steak and either an apple or a raw tomato. This should correct the weight gain. This additional three weeks of completely avoiding sugars and starches has another very beneficial aspect that helps us achieve the goal of maintaining weight loss: most people crave less and are satisfied with much less than they used to be when they do choose to indulge.

After 21 days of completing the HCG program/protocol, (Maintenance Phase) you should start slowly phasing in starches and sugars into your diet.

As mentioned above, the avoidance of major stress is of the utmost importance. Time and time again, we have seen people “Plateau” on this program due to stress in their lives. If you do have stress, seek a positive outlet in which you can either reduce or even eliminate your stress.

Doing this phase properly is of the utmost importance to your long-term success.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

AND TYPE 2 DIABETES PATIENTS

Dear Patient’s,

If you are on any blood pressure or diabetes medications.

As your body loses FAT your blood pressure and blood sugar levels will normalize (become lower) and your medicine most likely will need to be adjusted.

Please keep track of your blood pressure and blood sugar numbers DAILY and your physician will need to be notified of any changes to your numbers.

REMEMBER your dosage has been prescribed due to your present state as your body changes and you lose the fat/weight your dosage most likely will change or in many cases will no longer be required.

REMEMBER obesity is directly connected to hypertension and type 2 adult-onset diabetes.


HCG Weight Loss mixing Instructions

Mixing Instructions For:

Human Chrionic Gonadotropin - HCG
5000 Units per vial.

1 vial Bacteriostatic Water for injection.

*VERY IMPORTANT> (MUST BE REFRIGERATED AFTER RECONSTITUTING).

Mixing Instructions:

Take a 3ml / 20 gauge needle syringe and mix 5ml of bacteriostatic water with HCG powder. (you will have to do 1 of 3ml and a 2nd of 2mls)

Inject the water at an angle so that solution slides down glass into powder or you will have foaming. Swill the mixture "DO NOT SHAKE", mixture should be immediately clear.

*(DO NOT INJECT CLOUDY LIQUID)

Dosage: One injection of 200 IU’s daily.

· 200 IU’s of HCG = 20 Units on insulin syringe



Injection Site: Subcutaneous injection. Use a 29 gauge insulin syringe to draw HGH for injection. Administer near the naval just below the skin, gently pinch up the skin and inject straight in to the injection site using a quick smooth motion.

1 5000 units vial will give you 25 injection days. If on a 40 day program mix the second vial when you have finished the first one. Always keep in the refrigerator once reconstituted.

Wheat, corn and sugar aggravate cellular inflammation…stay away from them.

12) SWITCH FROM HI SUGAR ORANGE /APPLE JUICE TO VEGETABLE JUICE/PEAR/ GRAPEFRUIT.

13) USE SEA SALT – THROW AWAY MORTON AND PROCESSED SALT

14) ADD IODINE FROM IODORAL, LUGOL’S, SEAWEED, KELP.

15) NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS, ESPECIALLY RED DYE 40, YELLOW 5, YELLOW 6

ONCE, TWICE A MONTH YOU CAN BREAK A RULE AND HAVE A LITTLE OF SOMETHING THAT IS NORMALLY FORBIDDEN OR RESTRICTED…TRY TO DO THIS ON A DAY THAT YOU HAVE EXERCISED.
 
Good Read....Anytime someone tells me they are doing this diet I freak on them because I know it consists of only 500 calories. This explains a little about why it's such a low calorie diet.
