It's really up the judges in the IFBB to change this.
You can still see NPC judges at the national level and local shows take away points for distended guts and synthol but somehow it's ok in the pros??

Good vid...your abs dont split (I keep envisioning the original Alien movie)...the tissue that ties together the right and left sides of abs is highly elastic and as the intestines grow larger you simply stretch that connective tissue giving you a Budah Belly. It happens every time we over eat but that of course is temporary. Once GH has taken hold your intestines arent going to shrink back to their original size...you are stuck with it.
