Anyone have a protocol for low cost that works?
so what is the goal here?
anti aging with some fat loss over time 2 IUs a day m-f is just fine
little more aggressive fat burning and some noticeable intracellular water making the muscle round 3 ius m-f
any more and we're out of the cost effective dosage
