I myself use turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne, few berries and scoop or 2 of protein powder.

Its YUMMY have this 2-3x a day!
 
Overnight. Whole milk Greek yogurt, honey, grass fed whole milk and some berries.
 
Liquid Egg Whites, Oats, Vanilla or Cinnamon shaken up...been a go to breakfast for me for a long time.
 
I just use oats, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
 
Oats, blueberries, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, 2 scoops of redcon1 mre lite blueberry cobbler.

1/2 Old Fashioned and 1/2 Steel Cut. Overnight 'em in the fridge. Two scoops Muscle Milk vanilla along with some strawberries and blueberries..sometimes a little cinnamon.....best ever.
