grimA lot of freaking work!! If I miss a meal trying to make up those calories is extremely difficult.
 
On point!! I eat exactly what I plan to eat, and enjoy the cheat meal when it's time for it!
 
Currently it's decent. I'll be going hardcore in about 8 weeks so I'll keep my diet somewhat clean until then. Then it's back on the grind!!

Well, since my quad injury this past winter up til about 2 months ago, I've become addicted to chocolate peanut clusters.

I know, I'm a bum.

But, I started going to CA(Chocoholics Anonymous), and I'm pretty much chocolate free!!! 😉

Whew!!!
Glad I go that off my chest.

Now, I'm working out more diligently and consistently, and my diet is pretty much clean, with 1 or 2 cheat meals a week.
I've gone to a lower carb diet, and look and feel better.
I usually carbo-load before my workouts and immediately afterward.
(I knew I was having blood sugar issues, but the lower carb diet has taken care of that.)

Id say 8 out 10, the only time i ever mess up is when my girlfriend surprises me by baking something, so i cant turn it down.
