How was your holiday weekend?

I took time off from gym, diet, eg, and drank way more than I usually would.

Usually I'd regret it but I don't , needed the down time!

How about you?

I did the opposite, it was windy as hell so I went to the gym the past three days so no gym for me the next two days. At least I worked out that wind was nasty!

I actually worked Sat and on Memorial Day (the excitement of running your own business). My gym had shitty ass hours the last few days due to Holiday so I worked out in home gym and focused on relaxing a bit.
