Is this a realistic possibility, meaning I'm sure with a high quality fingerprint photo you could run a print. But does anyone know of a place on the dark web where I can pay for this service?

Highly doubtful to be honest.

Unless convicted criminal most prints not on file, even then youd nee to hack those systems

On top of that finger print matching is a science not just anyone can do, yes computers automate possibilities but even there it needs proper review to find a match from my knowledge

There was a sight I came across on that had technology you would not believe existed, makes you really wonder about having any type of privacy and freedom, so who knows what is really out there anymore and like E said, there is so much we are not privy to.
