The problem with the system......People taking advantage of the system! They ruin things for the people who truly need and deserve the help that's offered.

The same problem with the Insurance system.....to many abusers who are "Entitled" to receive more just because they can....Bahh!

True. But the "advantage takers" should once and forever be finally recognized as a variable that will never go away, and therefore all programs should be cut way back and any surplus funds that result should go into getting private companies to manage govt programs.
