The Anabolic Freak by Dave Palumbo, Muscular Development, March 2006 (1) Storage of IGF-1 (prior to mixing)Lyophilized(dry) IGF-1 is stable at room temperature for three weeks; however, it should be stored below -18 degrees celcius (in the freezer section)...(3) What to mix the IGF-1 with:When reconstituting, it's important to remember IGF-1 can get "stuck" in the grooves of the glass bottle it comes packaged in.. By mixing the lyophilized IGF-1 with an "acid water" (e.g., 10mM HCL - which is very dilute hydrochloric acid), the IGF-1 molecules are efficiently detached from the glass and solubilized in the mixture. Any online compounding "compounding" laboratory could mix up a 10mM HCl solution. If a reliable source of "acid water" can't be located, mix your IGF-1 powder with bacteriostatic water- you'll lose, at worst, 10 percent of the IGF-1 solution.(4) Adding the Acid WaterFor purposes of mathematical ease, I suggest mixing the dry 1 milligram (1,000 micrograms) IGF-1 with 3mL of the "acid water" mixture.(5) Preservation of the IGF-1Next, using a 1cc insulin syringe, draw out 1cc out of the bottle containing the 3cc of acid water/IGF-1 mixture. In a seperate 1cc insulin syringe, draw up another 1cc of the solution. Freeze these two loaded insulin syringes. They will be utilized at a later date.NOTE: Freezing can safely and effectively preserve IGF-1 (even after it's been mixed).(6) The correct dilutionTo the remaining 1cc of IGF-1 that's left in the glass bottle, add 2cc of bacteriostatic water. This will return the total volume back up to 3cc.(7) The mathematicsa) the original concentration of the IGF-1 solution was 1 milligram (1,000mcg) IGF-1 in 3cc of water. b) Each of the 1cc that was removed, then, contained approximately 333 micrograms IGF-1 per 1cc.c) The 1cc that was left in the bottle, then, also contains 333 micrograms of IGF-1.d) Next, we added 2cc of bacteriostatic water to the bottle and brought the total back up to 3cc. The difference is now we have 333 micrograms in 3cc of water.e) so 333 micrograms/3cc = 111 micrograms per 1ccf) to determine how much is in 1/10th of a cc : 111 micrograms /10 = 11 micrograms per 1/10th of a cc.(8) Effective dosages of IGF-1Dosages in the range of 15-20 micrograms per day (taken 15-20 minutes after training) are quite effective for building and repairing muscle tissue. More importantly, these "moderate" dosages (by some people's estimation) stimulate muscle growth yet escape rapid "downregulation" of the all- important IGF-1 receptors. Without receptors to recognize the IGF-1, it doesn't matter how much you inject. Nothing will happen!As dosages climb to over 50 micrograms per day, receptor downgrade increases exponentially and, from what I've observed among bodybuilders, muscle gains come to a screeching halt.Bodybuilders will have the most success with IGF-1 if they follow the protocol I outlined below. Remember, more isn't always better!IGF-1 Protocol / Dosage Totals11 mcg/ed for 30 days / 333mcgs(cycle 1)2 weeks off / 011 mcgs/ed for 30 days / 333(cycle 2)2 weeks off / 011 mcgs/ed for 30 days / 333(cycle 3)8 weeks off / 0Total # of weeks: 24 / Total IGF-1 used: 1,000It then goes on to note that for the 2nd and 3rd cycles you need to take out a frozen insulin syringe, let it defrost, then draw out and put into a new bottle.. adding 2cc of bacteriostatic water like before. Making sure to only defrost the one you're going to use, leave the other frozen for final cycle. He also adds when drawing out the 2cc of bac. water to use the syringe that held the frozen IGF-1 to make sure no IGF-1 is
 
sounds good, but 99% of the igf lr3 is not real that pep-tide companies sell. The real stuff costs an arm and a leg.
 
Arm and leg and as well as a script! Believe theres a company holding the rights to the patent on it.
 
This is for IGF-1 not LR3. LR3, while still needing to be handled carefully, doesn't have to be frozen after made to solution. Keep it refrigerated and use it within the active peptide period of 10-14 days.
 
Yea I shoulda added that also..no need to freeze igd if u plan to use it within a few weeks time and acetic acid will store longer than bac water

Patents rights and scripts, well same thing said for Viagra and Cialis..

You buy into this crap way 2 easily, you claimed the same on HGH from China.
Yes there definitely is bad and bunk EC, there however is good product as well..

I watched the video where he says 'in his opinion' IGF out there is fake.
IGF1 is not IGFlR3..
Stop taking the word of one simple source, and do a little more research.

Test results are a little more accurate than 1 body builders opinion, and what he tried of a DIFFERENT substance, :/
 
I know iv had legit igflr3 in 50 days my hands grew 2 glove sizes.. That shit makes everything grow.. Puts hgh to shame.
