Patience as they say is a virtue. This post is not singling anyone out as many are guilty of it.

Basics you made a deal be it sold or bought. Many go nuts after a few days completely forgetting this to start isn't Walmart not only is rushed sloppy and cause for security issues almost EVERYONE even vendors have full time jobs.

Now that's been said how long is too long, well imo ZERO communication for a week is grounds to contact staff to see what we can do.

As far as overall delivery personally Ive waited over a MONTH calmly without issue as there was communication

People you need to realize the other party has a life, often wife and kids, full time job, payment may not go direct to them etc this all takes time.

Moral of post RELAX and PREPLAN if you are in dire need of an item ask before assuming itll get there n time.

Well said GRIM. It seems for most shipments can't get there fast enough. Members want their goodies yesterday. Unfortunately once they realize they didn't order from Amazon they begin to panic.

If you are in dire need of a bottle of something (you have run out), let us know. The members and staff have always been willing to sell someone a bottle in a pinch, (if they have it) to help out until you can get your order in.
