I need a pre work out that I can take late in the day and still be able to sleep....any info will be great.

creatine/betaine/l-citrulline/low dose caffeine
 
The only pre workout I will use is pre jym. Only one with full doses ingredients and not bullshit blends. Does have caffeine tho if you're sensitive to that. Doesn't effect my sleep.
 
just checked out pre-jym. profile looks really good, wish it had another stim or two in it tho 😉

It's not the only one anymore. LIT uses the same contest but it's actually a little stronger

What time do you workout?
What time do you go to bed?
How long are your workouts?
What's your caffeine tolerance?
This info will help make a good recommendation, not just a generic one, everybody is diferent

Work outs start around 430pm last for about an hour, I'm usually in bed by 730pm...caffeine I can handle 200mg or so, haven't been taking stimulants my days start at 2am and I'm generally at work for 14hrs

Honestly when I wanna go stim free I just stuff myself with B12.
If you want a good kick but still be able to sleep go half a scoop of C4 ultimate. Full scoop is 300mgs and too intense. Most people do just half. It last about an hour which should fit you perfect. Pump and vascularity are awesome, way above the good old original C4
 
TNE? Cialis? Amino acids? DMAA? Caffeine sucks man, wake up early and lift if you want to use a scooper pre.
 
I use C4 ultimate. The Orange/Mango flavor is strong, but tolerable. It doesn't hang around after the workout, and gives a good pump.
 
I second the pre-jym and it tastes good. The post-jym is a good to go supp also.
