Indiana passes law to shot cops on personal property.

probably the best law I have ever seen passed in my life time...............

it is not really a new law I just came across it the other day.. But Indiana has passed a law that allows home and property owners to shoot and kill civil servants who trespass on property without warrant. All states should pass this law... I am not sure but I think most states that have castle law allows for the same thing....

Maybe one day we will all be allowed to follow the laws that were put into place from the beginning like the 2 and 4th amendment.

Fuck yeah man, I live in a place where the 2nd and 4th are trampled daily, btwn stop and frisk, and nyc's ridiculous firearm restrictions...... I actually just saw a video of an nypd cop busting some dudes balls for washing his car in his own private driveway wtf? I need to fucking move

its not for simple trespassing.. But with that said. NO ONE is allowed to be on ones property if they are not invited... If the home owner tells them to get off their property and they refuse and don't have a warrant then they should be allowed to use what ever force the feel fit.. By law if the homeowner says remove yourself from my property and they refuse that is trespassing, Unless they have a warrant then it would be justified.

The law was put into place from my understanding to prevent unwarranted search and seizure.. Some states have laws that protect cops and civil servants from being prosecuted from unlawful search and seizure like NY.

Don't get me wrong if the cops have a need to be their then that's fair. But if they don't they shouldn't be enforcing or attempting to enforce unjust laws... Like stopping people for open carry.. They have not broken the law so why stop them... Being why some states have put into law that if a cop tries to stop you for open carry you can just walk away and tell them you don't wish to speak with them...

Basically it has to do with this country enforcing a more and more apparent police state... At some point the law has to be held accountable.

Colorado is trying to pass a law that allows people to shoot down drones from flying over their houses.... the US GOV has increased drone flights over the states that have allowed the cultivation of pot and those who are trying to pass laws to allow it..

The united states is second to surveillance drone flights to the middle east... Makes you think.... who is watching you in your back yard. I don't know if you guys remember but a few years back a drone pilot got in trouble for watching some woman sun tanning naked in her back yard and was downloading the data to his USB thumb drive.

I personally don't agree with none of the shit..

Even when I was over seas we hated the drones, they wouldn't use them to help us but to keep tabs on us while on mission.... Give me an apache for CAS Any day over a drone.....

Now they use them to spy on their own ppl..... Could also fall under the 4th if they are searching for legal marijuana grows....

Not being a smart ass here, but how do these laws apply if you live in rental property or an apartment? Is it the same? and what in rental would be considered "your property"? Just asking, i have a house, but the bank owns it. 🙂

I just did a report on this. Many states that have the 'Castle' law also have the 'Stand Your Ground' law. Which means if you have a legal right to be there. Home, street, Apt, store, and you feel YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER you can use deadly force. It varies from state to state no general rule applies to every state.

the minute you move your stuff in and claim it your living space is considered yours for the time being. You cannot just shoot a cop on your property. you have to have signs up and then notify them they are trespassing on private property and have to leave or else. Where I live it is against the law to shoot an intruder in the house. if you kill them outside on your property you are safe. if you wonder where i live it is if not the most liberal state around. It not a bad thing. i love corruption, cause i can ride the wave and get away with it.

are you serious you cant kill them in your house but you can in the front yard.. That is the craziest damn thing I have ever heard.. that is a shitty law... but not surprising really.. In my home state the only way you can kill someone is if you are in the room furthest away from the doors in the house.... But if someone was stilling my cattle I can kill them in my field lol...

This country puts so many laws into place ED that it is not a surprise everyone in this country is not on probation or in prison.. I truly think that's what they want... They want the people to live in fear.

Me personally I would rather ask for forgiveness than permission. Shoot first ask questions later..

yeah it was funny my last deployment we always had a raptor or pred on station but rarely ever had apaches or warthogs unless we were in contact.. Then they were usually 10-20 min out.... Used to fucking piss me off.... Actually still does..
