Intra Workout Carbs

Wondering what fellow powerlifters are using for intra workout carbs. I used fortify from complete nutrition before and really liked it. It was a blend of waxy maize, dextrose, malto etc. What do you guys use?

Chain'd Reaction. Digest easily, taste good.

Karbolyn. Used to be from SciFit, now since SciFit went under, AllAmerican EFX still makes it. They were the company that made it for SciFit anyway. I add E*mergen*C to it.

That fortify I used had karbolyn in it also. Idk if the blend really made any difference, I had considered just going with karbolyn this time around.

I really love the Karbolyn, I mix it with NO2 also. Talk about stamina.
