Just got an inversion table!!!

The neighbor down the street had one in his garage that he didn't want anymore...basically brand new...got it for $50. Tried it and love it...just couldn't hang for that long at first...probably 5 minutes. Does anyone else use one and what would be a good target time to hang?

Felt some instant relief in my lower back, as well as in my knees...
 
Don't want to show my age but I used to have Gravity Boots!! 😛

I'd love to have 1 of these. I've seen them reasonably priced on craigslist.

I use it to dig into hip flexors and sacral / gluteal regions. Helps lossen the muscles up and hit trigger points..I.carry one with me to the gym in my bag.. I had sacral illiac fx last year. Been long recovery..but it helps ..

Hey...my old training partner at Powerhouse had them, we would use them weekly for decompression...also try an exercises with them lmao!!!

I will check it out bro, thanks...working through bilateral petoral femoral arthritis, knee tendons, lots of stretching, massage, now this to hopefully give some relief.

Good luck.with that... maybe digging the hip flexors at insertions at pelvic region while stretching in prone wIth the ball will help.. release tightnes.
 
I also had the gravity boot long ago. I like it, but the blood would rush to your head and fuck me up.
I want a gravity table for sure. Ivery time I go to Dicks, they have fucking locks on them. I wanna try one out.
