So I started this log at my old home. Now it's time to set new roots. Now I wont recopy my whole log on here, but I will post a few pics leading up to my show.
Now like many of us on here I've been battling some injuries and this year was one of the worst. Even now I'm not 100% recovered from my rotator cuff injury. i went into my prep this year still trying to heal from my rotator cuff injury so for me my accomplishments in my prep this year were far better than I expected. What originally began as a 12 week prep ended up being a 8 week prep and I stepped onstage at 9 weeks of dieting. I ended up winning my show and decided to take the rest of the year off. During this time I will focus on continue to heal and then focus on packing on some much needed mass.
