Do you guys workout (cardio or weights) when not feeling well? I have flu like symptoms (I had a fever last night but not anymore).
 
I haven't been feeling well since Monday but I managed to do some non strenuous cardio a few times (just enough to burn 450 cals each time). I wouldn't have been able to lift because I had no strength whatsoever and my whole body was aching.
 
In that case, milli, maybe you should just rest until you're better. I know you have a cardio fetish so skipping it may be difficult. I chuckled at how you said "just enough to burn 450 cals." That would be an epic cardio session for me but for you it barely counts, lol.

I took a break because I had no strength at all and my body was aching. It did me good.
I will take another one at the end of the month when I'm traveling back to London.
