I took a break because I had no strength at all and my body was aching. It did me good.In that case, milli, maybe you should just rest until you're better. I know you have a cardio fetish so skipping it may be difficult. I chuckled at how you said "just enough to burn 450 cals." That would be an epic cardio session for me but for you it barely counts, lol.
