That's my cousin he caught that cat behind his house on the farm we all grew up on the other day. That's a big ass cat

That is the Biggest Damn BobCat I've ever seen!!! 😵

Right his dad my uncle owns about 2000 acres of land he's 62 has been hunting and fishing these hills for years and he's never seen one alive. You have to bait them like with a small caliber steel chain put a turtle hook on the end of it and hang it from a good strong limb with some meat on it on a tree. The cat jumps up to get the meat gets the turtle hook caught in his mouth and the limb acts as a spring pulling up and down as he tries to get loose. They will kill Coyote and small live stock. Might come around your house at night grab a small dog or cat and eat it. My cuz caught a coyote that weighed almost 85 lbs not long ago

We used to have Bobcats around my house over in the mountains of NC....(well, Foothils, really).. But, I've just never seen one that big! Either Stuffed or alive! That thing is a Monster!

How do you cook it? Same as beef?

I've known a lot of Hunters, and was one (never hunted Cat though), but never known anyone to hunt them for meat. Just Trophy or nuisance control.

@Jinko no not generally, but i have heard some people say mountain lion is the best meat they have ever had. The only thing keeping predatory animals numbers under control are other predators. The only real predator of a cat that size is humans. That is also the biggest bobcat i have ever seen as well.
