I cook a lot, it is a passion. If y'all like, I'll post up my recipes as I cook for me and my 3yo daughter. Enjoy.
Place pork tenderloin in a ziplock bag. Season with a cup of EVO and a good bit of Mrs Dash. Place in refrigerator for 3 hrs.
Place frozen broccoli florets in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup sesame oil and 1/2 cup EVO. Add 3tbs soy sauce. Add a bit of Siracha. Season with Asian spice mix... approx 3tbs. Add 2 tbs Ginger dressing. Squeeze 1 small orange...I like Satsumas. Crush up a handful of pecans and add to the mix. Stir it all together well.
Rub pan with Siracha oil. Place tenderloin in center and cook on 400* for 25-30 mins.
Remove pan and add still frozen florets and cook for another 15 mins.
Should come out strong med rare- med.
Serve over rice.
