It's been a few months now that I've been suffering from knee pain. Age isn't a factor I'm still pretty young at least I like to think. But I can't figure out what it is that's causing pain.
It's stopping me from heavy squats and any joint movement with my knees.
Any recommendations on supplements or anything I can do to recover?
