A while back I posted about having liver issues, I got some great advise on here. As of today i feel better haven't had a chance to run test updates but will soon.
The issue I'm having now is every time I start lifting heavier weight (ANYTHING OVER 450 LBS) I feel like my liver start to hurt but its only for a brief moment then it goes back to normal.
Has any one ever has this issue? If so how can I improve it?

I have never had that issue brother ?!? Can't comment on that , but what are you taking as a Liver support ?

Thanks Torres
A few week ago I was taking
TUDCA, LIV52, and NAC

Currently I'm taking
NAC, and Milk Thistle

There's a product called " Clear " it has tudca & Nac
And is arguably the best liver support on the market . I have some and can atest to it's potency . I once had high liver enzymes , after a few weeks of this , they were back to normal .
There's also a product called " Damage Control " which is awesome as well .
But yo get back to the pain , you sAy it hurts when you lift heavy ? Are you staying hydrated ? No sodas, energy drinks , heavy caffeine , like from pre workouts , those types of things? You taking any oral anabolics ?

That does not sound like liver pain to me. I had liver pain for some months years ago due to severe swelling. Pain usually only occurs when the liver capsule is stretched. It may be something else. Check with doc. High enzymes alone will not cause pain. Stay away from orals or anything hepatoxic. Sounds like your taking the right stuff and I can vouch for the products torres mentioned. I have used them and they work. I am taking a gram and a half of bulk nac powder and milk thistle now. The milk thistle only helps regenerate the outer cells or capsule.
