I've had a few PMs in the past week about Vendor TA's being outside of posted expectations. I'm in the middle of one myself and it is frustrating, but we all know shit happens and there are a few factors that can cause a delay. Here are my suggestions:
1. Vendors, Communicate. If stuff is running behind for some reason, post or send messages. Not doing so can cost you future sales.
2. Be patient. I know we get used to seeing stuff arrive so fast that when it's even one extra day we freak out.
3. Members, Don't pester the vendor. Not saying don't question them, but don't be a pest.
4. Bring extremely long TA concerns to a Staff Member. We will take the appropriate actions.
5. Vendors, if you cannot come close to the TA in your list, CHANGE IT. It makes everyone's life miserable!!
