Please help a carb addict to follow a keto diet. What should I avoid and whst can I eat?
 
Obviously avoid carbs. But here are things you can use to help you.

Avocado oil
Grape seed oil
Macadamia nut oil
Avocados
Nuts
Natural peanut butter
Butter
Fibrous veggies (asparagus, Brussels sprouts, kale, spinach)
Lean meats
 
While I understand the best diet is the diet that works best for you, understand the Keto diet (albeit a successful protocol in the short term) is hard to make a lifestyle. If you think, or feel, carbs are your downfall, then avoid first and foremost breads. Then cut back on other grains until you're mostly all veggies and some fruits Spaghetti squash and Quinoa, especially, are great carb choices to replace rice and breads.
