A no-knock search warrant at the home led to the seizure of 227 grams of LSD, a large amount of anabolic steroids, three handguns, an unspecified amount of marijuana, and about $2,000 in cash.

Elrose was charged with possession of LSD with intent to distribute, possession of LSD; possession of anabolic steroids with intent to distribute; possession of anabolic steroids; possession of a firearm while committing a controlled dangerous substance offense, and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons pending a future court date.

Billhimer thanked the Ocean County Prosecutor's Narcotics Strike Force, Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Asset Forfeiture Unit, United States Department of Homeland Security, Toms River Police Department Special Enforcement Unit, Toms River Police Department K-9 Unit, and Toms River Police Department Emergency Services Unit for their efforts in the investigation.
