Merry Christmas all,
I wish you the best Christmas season and time with your families. I'm pretty much taking it easy this holiday season. Still moving back and forth from the two houses. As I get done prepping the room for new furniture, I will need to rent a big trailer and start getting my weights down to the new place. I am off for two weeks now. This will be the most time I've taken off from the gym since I blew my shoulder out back in 09. Well anyway priorities are what they are. I wish everyone gains.
