I ran it at 500mcg Ed until I got the base color that I wanted and then dosed 500mcg once a week to keep that color. It took about 3 weeks to get to where I wanted and have never been as dark as j am now.
The wife ran the same protocol but dosed hers at 300.

I'm about 3 weeks off now and noticing a little fading but still pretty dark. I'm guessing a total of 6-8 weeks before its completely gone but not positive on that. This is my first time with mt2.slimpickings said:
