Hammer strength Incline press med weight 3 sets 10-12 reps
rest 1 minute
DB Incline less than 45 degree med-heavy 4 sets reverse pyramid reps 10-8-6-4
immediately Hammer strength Incline press 3 sets lo weight to failure
peck deck 4 sets med weight high reps 12 or until failure
rest 1 minute
cable crossovers med weight 4 sets high reps10-12
2 sets pushups 50 or until failure (can be incline or decline)
